Dr. Gwen Ashley

Ray E. Ashley II

We are a married team that grew up in the same small town in southern Indiana attending the same schools. It is great having that commonality that built our values and beliefs.

If you decide to work with us, know that you will be provided information and support with integrity and honesty. Our first mission is to help others. It is that plain and simple.

Dr. Gwen Ashley attended Georgetown College on an academic and athletic scholarship, where she studied elementary education.

Gwen went on to obtain numerous graduate degrees from Indiana University and University of Louisville, including an Ed.D and PhD.

She currently works as a professor of Applied Behavior Analytics.

Ray (Skip) Ashley attended Indiana University where he studied sports science.

Ray went on to obtain an MBA from Texas A&M.

Ray worked many years in pharmaceuticals, biotech and medical device sales holding roles with various levels of responsibility, including Consultant, District Manager, Regional Manager, National Sales Trainer and National Sales Manager.
