Dr. Gwen Ashley

Ray E. Ashley II

We are a married team that grew up in the same small town in southern Indiana attending the same schools. It is great having that commonality that built our values and beliefs.

Dr. Gwen Ashley attended Georgetown College on an academic and athletic scholarship, where she studied elementary education and ran cross country and track. She was an active member of her sorority, Kappa Delta.

Gwen went on to obtain numerous graduate degrees from Indiana University and University of Louisville, including an Ed.D and PhD.

She currently works as an associate professor of Applied Behavior Analytics with the University of West Alabama.

In her spare time Gwen enjoys many activities; especially leisure time on our boat, gardening and playing with our 3 dogs and 1 granddog.

Ray (Skip) Ashley attended Indiana University where he studied sports science and was a member of the cheerleading team and Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity. Recently he was honored to be selected to his high school's Hall of Fame for tennis.

Ray went on to obtain a Masters in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and is currently pursuing an MBA from Texas A&M.

Following college, Ray was selected for a highly-competitive management internship with the Department of Defense, Europe. Upon returning to the US, Ray started his career in pharmaceutical sales (Oncology Buy-n-Bill); since then he has worked in many capacities including medical device sales with Medtronic, botulinum toxin Buy-n-Bill and specialty pharmaceutical sales holding roles from Field Consultant, Regional Account Manager, District Manager, Regional Manager, National Sales Trainer and National Sales Director.

In his spare time Ray loves the outdoors, especially camping, hiking and kayaking. Once an avid runner and triathlete, he is now training again for these activities.
